Remittance process
Remittance from other countries to Australia
- 1. Obtain an account: On the day of remittance, please send an email to Eden
Service Group to request a valid local bank account (this account is only
valid on the day, and the account information needs to be confirmed again
the next day).
- 2. Accept transfers: Eden Service Group local bank accounts only accept
transfers, not cash deposits. For corporate customers, please obtain more
information, otherwise no less than 1% service fee will be charged.
- 3. Send receipt: After the transfer is completed, please send the transfer
receipt to Eden Service Group with the following information:
- Sender name or Eden Services Group customer account number
- Beneficiary's name and contact number in Australia
- 4. Redemption: After receiving payment, you can choose to redeem when the
exchange rate is satisfactory. After redemption, the Australian recipient
needs valid identification to withdraw the funds, which can be done by cash
or bank transfer to the recipient's Australian dollar account.
Australia sends money to other countries

account is only valid on the day, and the account information should be
confirmed the next day).
- 2. Accept transfers: Eden Service Group Australian bank accounts only accept
transfers, not cash deposits. For corporate customers, please obtain the
account number separately, otherwise no less than 1% service fee will be
charged.
- 3. Send receipt: After the transfer is completed, please send the transfer
receipt to Eden Service Group with the following information:
- Sender name or Eden Services Group customer account number
- The payee's name and local country contact number
- 4. Redemption: After receiving payment, you can choose to redeem when the
exchange rate is satisfactory. After redemption, the Australian recipient
will need valid identification to withdraw the funds, which can be made by
cash or bank transfer to the recipient's local currency account.
