Express remittance process

• Request account number: On the day of remittance, the customer calls or emails Eden Exchange to obtain a valid RMB account on the day (the account is only valid on the day, and the next day remittance needs to confirm the account information again);
• Remittance into the account: deposits are limited to personal account transfers and do not support cash deposits (please ask for an account number for company transfers, otherwise there will be no less than 1% handling fee);
• Send Receipt: After the transfer is completed, please send the transfer voucher to Eden Exchange by email, and attach the following information:
  • The remitter's name or Eden Exchange customer account number
  • Name and contact number of the payee in Australia
• Payment on arrival: After Eden Exchange receives the transfer, the customer can choose to exchange when the exchange rate is satisfactory. After the exchange, the payee in Australia handles the withdrawal with a valid certificate, and Eden Exchange provides Australian dollar transfer, Australian dollar and deposit and withdrawal, and Australian dollar cash deposit and withdrawal.

• Remittance: transfer to Eden Exchange Bank account or remit at Eden Exchange counter.
• Provide voucher: After the transfer is completed, please send the transfer voucher to Eden Exchange by email. After confirming the receipt, the customer can choose to exchange when the exchange rate is satisfactory.
• Provide the following China account information:
  • Payee account name
  • Branch name and address of beneficiary bank
  • Payee account/card number
